Construction has been started on a $60 million retail development in Dandenong South.
The 2.5-hectare Logis retail precinct is the latest part of the industrial park off Greens Road.
It includes 18 warehouses, showroom spaces, retail spaces, office suites and a service station.
Joint developers Pomeroy Pacific and McLaren Developments say much of the development has already sold or been pre-leased.
Stage 1 is expected to open at the end of 2019, stage 2 by mid-2020.
