Teen bashed, robbed in Noble Park

A teenage boy has been repeatedly punched in the face and robbed by four males in Leonard Avenue, Noble Park.

The 16-year-old Noble Park teen was approached by the group while walking on the avenue about 6pm on Sunday 10 November.

The attackers then assaulted him with repeated blows, knocking him to the ground.

A by-stander yelled out, prompting the robbers to run away with the boy’s phone.

The boy received treatment from paramedics for a swollen face. He didn’t require hospitalisation.

The robbers were described as Maori appearance.
