A MR WHIPPY van driver was robbed when he stopped in Springvale this month.
The driver was at the intersection of Kallista Road and Tricia Avenue, Springvale, when he was approached by three men.
Two of the men distracted the driver by ordering food, while the other offender entered the vehicle from the back. Once in the van, the offender produced a kitchen knife and demanded cash.
The driver handed over an amount of cash before the three men ran off.
One of the offenders was of Islander appearance, and the other two were of African appearance.
