IT WAS a happy ending for Keysborough Park Primary School students who on Wednesday wrapped up weeks of studying fairytales with a special parade.
Part of the school’s Education Week activities, the Fairytale Parade by grade prep, one and two students was the highlight of a morning aimed at allowing parents to see their children’s work first-hand.
School principal Margaret McKenzie said all grades had work on display, but the Fairytale Parade was a way for younger students to celebrate the study of the traditional tales such as Red Riding Hood, Goldilocks and the Three Bears and the Billy Goats Gruff.
The parade was part of an open morning for parents of all students to inspect work.
Happy ending for kids
