KIDS looking for a cool way to spend the school holidays should look no further than the 100 per cent Wicked Teenage Holiday Program.
Open to kids from Greater Dandenong aged between 10 and 17 years, and organised by Mission Australia, the program runs from 2 to 15 July and is just $30.
The package includes an activities day beginning with go karting in Oakleigh, Laser Force games, and activities at Menzies Avenue Youth Centre.
Vouchers and passes are included for use at the Dandenong Oasis pool, Cafe Salvo in Noble Park, Melbourne Zoo entry, McDonalds meals, AMF Bowling, admission to a Big V men’s basketball game and Village Cinema movie tickets.
Greater Dandenong mayor Youhorn Chea said the passes were a great way for the city’s young people to enjoy their holidays.
“The 100 per cent Wicked Teenage Holiday Program provides a range of value-for-money entertainment activities for them to enjoy.”
Packages can be purchased from Dandenong Council offices at 39A Clow Street, Dandenong, but places are strictly limited.
Activity day bookings must be made at Mission Australia’s Youth Information Centre at shop 201 in the Dandenong Plaza.
Free drop-off and pick-up is included on the activity day.
