Fake clothing, notes found

TWO men have been arrested after their stalls were searched at Dandenong market.
A large amount of counterfeit clothes was seized when the stalls and a Narre Warren address were searched last Friday.
Clothes with false logos, such as Nike and Adidas, were found.
The men, one in his 20s and the other aged 56, both from Narre Warren, were arrested and charged with exposing for sale counterfeit goods.
They have been bailed to appear before Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on 24 March.

A COUNTERFEIT note changed hands at a Dandenong fast food outlet on Sunday.
Police said a customer was handed a suspicious looking $50 note as part of change at the outlet.The customer then handed it in to Dandenong Police Station.
The Australian Federal Police are investigating.

A CAR was stolen from a Dandenong home last week.
Police said thieves broke into the home on Brooklyn Avenue some time between 18 and 19 January.
A number of tools were stolen from the premises as well as the car, a 1994 Toyota Lexis sedan with a personalised number plate, ASKON.
Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone who sees a car matching the description to call Dandenong CIU on 9767 7487.
