THE DANDENONG Residents and Ratepayers Association will be part of an organised ‘planning backlash’ at the steps of Parliament House next week.
At 1pm on Wednesday, 3 May, a protest will be held with residents’ groups from across Victoria submitting a list of demands to Premier Steve Bracks.
DRRA secretary Janet Cox said the demands included revising the Melbourne 2030 plan and the planning scheme, and giving councils greater planning controls.
