Brothel driver busted

A MOBILE billboard driver has been fined $200 and could face legal action if busted again for parking the structure on a roadside.
The billboard is believed to have been advertising the Hot Pussy brothel in Dandenong South, the subject of a report by the Star in which the City of Greater Dandenong urged residents to dob-in mobile billboard drivers who parked on roadsides.
City of Greater Dandenong officials were called out to the mobile billboard parked roadside on the South Gippsland Highway not far from Waterview Close on Friday 11 April at 4.30pm.
A local laws officer spoke with and then fined the driver $200 on the spot.
City of Greater Dandenong regulatory services manager Peter Shelton said the driver was warned that a repeat offence could lead to an appearance in the Magistrates’ Court.
“(That) has a penalty of a $2000 fine and the impoundment of the trailer and sign,” he said.
