POLICE have arrested a man in relation to a stabbing near a set of traffic lights in Dandenong South.
Last week Star reported that a 21-year-old man was stabbed after an altercation with another driver at the intersection of Hammond and Greens roads on 24 May.
On 29 May, police said they had arrested a 46-year-old Aspendale man in relation to the incident. The man was interviewed and released, but police said he would be charged on summons with recklessly causing serious injury. Police are appealing for anyone who may have seen a blue Mercedes sedan driving erratically along Greens Road toward Keysborough between 1am and 2am on Saturday 24 May to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or www.crimestoppers.com.au.
