POLICE are investigating whether or not speed was a factor in a fatal collision in Noble Park last week.
Just before midnight on Thursday 10 July a Daewoo sedan heading towards the city on the Princes Highway hit a tree near the intersection of Himbeck Court in Noble Park.
The driver and sole occupant, a 19-year-old man from Oakleigh, was killed instantly.
