BUSINESS banker Malcolm Bull has joined the Commonwealth Bank in its bid to recapture local business communities.
In February 2006, the Greater Dandenong business community first welcomed Mr Bull as BankWest’s business banking manager.
At the time, Mr Bull declared the bank’s business focus to be superior to its rivals.
But this week the Commonwealth Bank announced its Dandenong branch had nabbed Mr Bull as its own business banker.
The bank praised his business pedigree, and said Mr Bull would help make the Dandenong Business Banking Centre a leader in its field.
“Mr Bull brings a wealth of business banking experience to the position having worked in the industry for over 20 years across a broad range of business and corporate banking roles,” the bank said in a statement.
“He will be based in the Commonwealth Bank’s Dandenong Business Banking Centre, but will also lead other centres in the region, such as the new Mornington Business Banking Centre.
“This new centre is part of a nationwide initiative to reinvest in local business communities.”
In the same statement, Mr Bull said he was looking forward to the new challenge.
“We believe it’s vitally important to be close to our customers and we are concentrating on providing a personalised and dedicated service to them,” he said.
“My team and I are committed to providing the region’s businesses with a premium service and spending more time with them to identify the most suitable solutions possible to meet their financial needs.”
