A NOBLE Park man was set upon by a group of men with a sword demanding cash on Wednesday night.
The man had just withdrawn cash from an ATM on Douglas Street and was walking towards the train station when he was approached by three men described as being of Islander appearance.
Police said the three males demanded the cash before producing a sword and the victim fled.
One of the attackers is described as being 170cm tall with afro hair wearing a black hoodie with pink writing. Another was described as the same height with a solid build; the third was described as being very short with a shaved head.
