POLICE are on the look-out for a man over an attempted sexual assault on a woman in Dandenong on Wednesday 27 April.
The woman, 21, was walking north along the EastLink trail between Oakland Avenue and Laemmle Street just before 4pm when she was approached by the man.
When she tried to run away, she tripped and fell and the man jumped on top of her.
He ran off toward Oakwood Avenue when she screamed.
Police describe the man as between 20 and 35 years old, Caucasian, 170 to 175cm tall, of medium build and with brown hair.
He was wearing blue tracksuit pants, a grey jumper and white sneakers.
