A DRUG-AFFECTED man robbed a 21-year-old woman for her bangles in Dandenong, police say.
The man confronted the woman on Hammond Road between 3pm and 3.30pm on 5 April and grabbed her by the wrist and fled with four solid gold bangles.He was described as about 40, tall and wearing a blue denim jacket and grey pants.
