Denim, lace… and hot wheels

THE Cutthroat Charmers will come up against old foes The Dolly Rogers in their first South Sea Roller Derby clash of the year.
The Dollys have added former Victorian Roller Derby League (VRDL) favourite Denim Destructor to their line-up, and will be looking to continue their undefeated streak.
A portion of ticket sales will go to Foodbank Australia and South Sea Roller Derby will collect much-needed canned goods for the charity on the night – with a focus on tuna to keep with the salty sea theme.
Cutthroat Charmers will take on the Dolly Rogers at Springers Leisure Centre, 400 Cheltenham Road, Keysborough, from 6pm on 11 May.
Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for under-12s, free for kids under 5 and available from www.southsearollerderby.com.
