A MAN refused entry to a licensed Noble Park venue assaulted staff, vandalised cars and damaged a shopfront.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the alcohol-fuelled rampage on Princes Highway, which happened shortly before 3am on 1 August
The 30-year-old man Dandenong North man fled the scene, but police arrested him a short time later.
