A MAN with “dirty, decayed front teeth” grabbed a woman and kissed her against her will in Noble Park.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the indecent assault and for anyone who recognises the alleged culprit to come forward.
The victim was walking near Lightwood Road and Shirley Street on 8 November when a man approached her and asked for directions.
Police allege he then grabbed and kissed her before she was able to flee.
The man involved is described as Maori or Islander in appearance, aged between 18 and 20 and about 168 centimetres tall with short dark hair and a slight accent.
He was wearing a grey jacket, black pants, a beanie and white headphones with a blue stripe.
