UPDATE:
POLICE are investigating after a three-year-old boy died in a house fire in Dandenong this morning.
The fire occurred at the Potter Street home shortly before 11am.
There were no other injuries reported.
Police will prepare a report for the Coroner.

CFA crews are currently fighting a unit fire in Potter Street, Dandenong.
A CFA spokeswoman said the building was well alight and five trucks were at the scene.
