Six arrested as raid nets drugs, guns and stolen goods

By LACHLAN MOORHEAD

SIX people from Greater Dandenong and Casey have been arrested after a massive drug and weapons bust in Noble Park North last week.
Police raided the Galos Place property last Thursday where they seized two guns, a range of drugs, three stolen cars, more than $50,000 worth of stolen property and a large amount of cash.
It’s believed the stolen property was taken during a burglary in Rosebud.
Police also found car parts in the raid worth more than $100,000 that had allegedly been stolen in an industrial burglary last month and used to build a drag car.
All the property has been returned to its owners.
Those arrested include a 25-year-old man from Noble Park, a 30-year-old woman from Noble Park, a 32-year-old woman from Noble Park, a 31-year-old from Endeavour Hills, a 28-year-old from Berwick and a 24-year-old woman from Wheelers Hill.
The group will face a number of charges at Dandenong Magistrates’ Court in the coming months.
