Trees lit up by firebugs

A VANDAL has set fire to two nature strip trees in Dandenong.
Greater Dandenong CIU Detective Senior Constable Marisa Owens said firefighters extinguished the blazes in Garside and Ross streets about 6.30pm on Tuesday 24 November.
She said the vandal had also tried to set another tree alight on Ross Street.
Det Sen Const Owens said police were following up inquiries and appealed for anyone with information to come forward.
