Homicide Squad detectives have charged a man with murder over the death of a 47-year-old Springvale man on Wednesday 2 November.
Police were called to an incident in Peter Street, Springvale, just after 12.20am and found the victim deceased.
That night, investigators charged a 53-year-old Springvale man with murder.
He was remanded at an out-of-sessions hearing to face Melbourne Magistrates’ Court.
