Tracking down two wanted persons

Police are seeking help to find two people who are wanted on warrants and are known to frequent Greater Dandenong.
Minju Kang, 46, is wanted in relation to criminal damage during August 2015.
Dandenong Magistrates’ Court has issued a warrant for her arrest.
She’s described as 160 centimetres tall with a thin build, brown eyes, black hair and a tanned complexion.
Ms Kang is known to frequent the Noble Park area.
Desmond Andy is wanted in relation to a burglary and theft that occurred in March 2014.
The Dandenong Magistrates’ Court has issued two warrants for the 20-year-old’s arrest.
He is known to frequent the Dandenong area and is described as 170cm tall with a medium build, brown eyes, brown hair and dark complexion.
