P-plater hits power pole

A car crashed into a power pole and parked car in Keysborough.
Greater Dandenong Highway Patrol officers attended the collision on Kingsclere Avenue in the evening on Wednesday 23 August.
They closed the street for more than eight hours, causing major traffic congestion until the scene was cleared and the pole was replaced.
The probationary driver involved was uninjured but will receive a summons for careless driving.
Police reminded motorists to slow down and drive to the conditions, especially when roads were wet.
