Police are appealing for public help to find Brooke Verde.
The 15-year-old was last seen in Bayswater about 6.30pm on Thursday 19 April.
It is believed she frequents the Dandenong, Doveton, Ringwood and Ashwood areas.
Brooke is described as 160 centimetres tall with long brown hair with blonde ends, a tongue piercing and nose ring.
Police released an image of Brooke in the hope someone recognises her and provides information regarding her whereabouts.
