Daylight burglar at large

A burglar who broke into a Springvale home on an early afternoon is being sought by police.

The man entered the Virginia Street house about 1.15pm on Tuesday 16 October, Greater Dandenong CIU detectives believe.

He stole a TV, sound bar and two laptops from the premises.

The man is described as southern European in appearance and aged between 35-45 with shoulder-length hair.

He was wearing jeans, blue-grey runners, gloves and a dark shirt with white sleeves.

He was carrying a red and black bag with yellow logo.

Police have released images of a man who they believe can assist their investigation.
