Members of the Lynbrook Residents Association (LRA) and other community members rallied in front of the Parliament on a rainy Wednesday afternoon in May to support a debate against the proposed Hampton Park waste transfer station, led by local Opposition MP Ann-Marie Hermans. LRA has submitted their “serious” concerns to a Parliamentary Inquiry into community consultation practices on the alleged failures in community consultation surrounding the proposed facility.
