A driver was taken to hospital in a stable condition after his cement mixer tipped on its side in Dandenong South last week.
The truck tipped as it turned right from Frankston-Dandenong Road into Swift Way about 1.40pm on Thursday.
CFA crews contained spillage from a ruptured diesel tank underneath the truck. Police said there was no indication that speed was a factor.
