A man was stabbed by a woman who intruded into his home in Hutton Street, Dandenong, last Sunday week.

The 41-year-old resident suffered minor wounds to a shoulder after the woman, described as in her 30s, forced her way into his home about 9.30pm.

The intruder smashed a window with a rock and kicked in a front security mesh door during the break-in.
