A Springvale office building was slightly damaged by a suspicious fire last Sunday week. The small fire was lit in a garage at the rear of the Princes Highway building about 3.35pm. Police are investigating whether the fire was linked to another suspicious blaze at a factory in Princes Highway, Springvale, about an hour earlier.
