TWO Noble Park people have been charged after a clandestine drug laboratory was uncovered in Springvale.
Police uncovered the laboratory on Wednesday, 8 February after raiding a Centre Road property in relation to suspected amphetamine trafficking and stolen goods
A man and a woman, both from Noble Park, were arrested at the scene following a joint operation between police from Narre Warren, St Kilda and Springvale.
A woman, 30, was charged with possessing amphetamines and faced court last Thursday.
A man, 26, was charged with possessing equipment used for the manufacturing of a drug of dependence, possessing amphetamines, and firearms and stolen property offences. He was remanded in custody for a committal hearing at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on 4 May.
