THE METROPOLITAN Fire Brigade (MFB) wants to employ African migrants as community liaisons in a bid to extend fire education to their communities.
While Greater Dandenong is Country Fire Authority territory, MFB officials in neighbouring municipalities are looking to recruit women from the city’s Burrundi, Somali, Sudanese, Eritrean, Ethiopian and Liberian communities.
