Police checkpoint A line of white tray trucks whose drivers are waiting to be questioned.

POLICE investigating the sexual assault of a blind woman in Keysborough filtered through Cheltenham Road traffic last week to find witnesses and question truck drivers.
A combination of detectives, uniformed and traffic police used one lane to pull over traffic during the morning of 10 August.
Springvale CIU Detective Senior Sergeant Dean Thomas said police weren’t targeting drivers of white trucks – like the one believed to have been driven by the man who assaulted the woman.
He said they were stopping traffic that regularly travelled along the road in a bid to find witnesses or any information that could lead police to the whereabouts of the man who carried out the attack on 20 July.
“We are still sifting through the information to find where we stand with it all,” he said.
“We felt it was prudent to conduct the operation for this particular crime.”
