Monks create sand designs

Tibetan monks will create sand mandala at Dandenong Plaza next week.

TIBETAN monks will create sand mandala in Dandenong Plaza’s centre court from Tuesday 13 to Sunday 18 August.
The Sacred Footsteps from the Roof of the World travelling monks will also run meditation classes at 9.30am each day.
There’s an opening ceremony at 10am on the Tuesday and the intricate sand designs will take shape from Wednesday.
