A FIREBUG deliberately set light to a home in Heatherton Road, Dandenong, about 11.30pm on 10 August.
Police said a smoke alarm alerted two occupants to the blaze, which the CFA contained to the home’s sunroom.
No one was injured and the damage caused was minor.
Police found an accelerant at the scene and are investigating.
