A NOBLE Park school is working to increase literacy skills in younger children with a new book club.
Every morning at St Anthony’s Primary School in Noble Park, students of all grades come together to participate in the school’s Reading Club.
Teacher Susan Kubiak said the younger children read to older children, and vice versa, while others formed groups.
“And even parents are getting in on the act,” Ms Kubiak said.
“Friendships are formed, stories are enjoyed and reading is the focus.
“What a great way to start the day!”
