Man knocked out at workplace in Dandenong aggravated burglary

A MAN has been knocked unconscious during an aggravated burglary at his workplace in Dandenong this morning.

Police say a passer-by found the 57-year-old man unconscious in Plunkett Road, between Box and Windale streets, about 8.10am.

The man, of Doncaster East, is being treated at The Alfred hospital.

Police say they are unclear how the assault happened.
