Michael Jackson's moonwalk at the Drum

A Michael Jackson tribute artist is to moonwalk through the late king of pop’s dance routines at Drum Theatre this Saturday.

The internationally-acclaimed Paul Rozzi stars in The Man in the Mirror — Reflections of Michael Jackson, a show sizzling with dance moves such as the 45-degree anti-gravity lean, made famous during the song ‘Smooth Criminal’.

The Australian-based show features more than 50 songs, ranging from Jackson Five classics to Jackson’s solo works on albums such as Off The Wall, Thriller, Bad and Dangerous.

Drum Theatre director Greg Hordacre said the family-friendly show would feature authentic costumes and an “electrifying light show”.

It’s on at the Drum Theatre, corner Lonsdale and Walker streets, Dandenong, on Saturday at 2.30pm. Details: 9771 6666 or drumtheatre.com.au.
