POLICE arrested a Langwarrin man this morning (Wednesday) after vision of him allegedly performing burnouts in Dandenong South appeared on television.
Greater Dandenong Highway Patrol officers expect to charge the 24-year-old on summons with reckless conduct endangering serious injury and improper use of a motor vehicle.
The vision of the hooning, in a factory yard, was published online and screened on TV last Thursday (16 January).
