Fashion show for kids

A VERY special fundraising event is happening in Dandenong next month.
The Very Special Kids for Cancer fundraiser fashion show is to be held by the Dandenong RSL in association with Miller’s Ladies Fashions at the Dandenong RSL on Tuesday, 16 August from 10am to noon.
Guests will be treated to an autumn fashion show with all the latest designs and styles on parade.
Tickets at $5 a head, which includes morning tea, are available at the reception area of the RSL at 44 50 Clow Street, Dandenong (opposite Dandenong Plaza).

Very Special Kids is a unique Victorian organisation that improves the quality of life for families of children with lifethreatening illnesses.
Last year, in conjunction with Tatt’s venues, $957,602 was raised for this very worthwhile cause.
The Dandenong RSL is also involved in a great fun day on Thursday, 8 September and invites everyone to come along and support the “Big Pink Pig” between 11.30am and 1pm.
There will be a sausage sizzle, giveaways and the arrival of the big pink pig.
