GREATER Dandenong’s main attractions and landmarks are brightening up a free bus.
Tiny illustrations of Dandenong Oasis, Drum Theatre, Dandenong Market and Dandenong Plaza now appear on the city’s free shuttle bus, which also has a new stop.
Travellers can now board and disembark on Walker Street, directly opposite Dandenong’s new civic centre.
The stop will be trialled until October, when a decision will be made about whether it should stay.
City of Greater Dandenong provides the city shuttle free of charge.
It operates between 9.15am and 5.15pm, Monday to Saturday, starts at Dandenong Railway Station and stops at eight designated points before returning to the station.
The bus seats 32 passengers and has two doors and a low-lying floor for easy access for prams and shopping jeeps.
