MORE than 40,000 people will venture to Sandown Racecourse for the Vietnamese TET Festival next month.
The TET festival is one of the biggest cultural celebrations in Victoria and aims to usher in the Vietnamese New Year in style.
The event falls between 8 and 10 February and is organised by the Vietnamese Community in Australia Victorian Chapter.
Entertainment will include martial arts displays, contemporary music, fashion parades and an explosive finale of fireworks.
Vietnamese food and games stalls – up to 40 of them – will be on display for people to experience and enjoy.
The times for the TET festival are 5pm to midnight on the Friday and 10am to midnight on the Saturday and Sunday.
