Andrew Manson, the manager of American Republic Wheels in Hallam, was surprised when he found a severed finger tip in the trailer of one of his utes.

THE owner of a severed finger found in a ute tray in Hallam has come forward.
He contacted police after media reports about the tip of a little finger with fingernail which was found on 27 April.
Police said the incident was the result of misadventure and that the man in his thirties was in “good spirits”.
