DANDENONG Police are looking for a group of Maori or Islander men who have threatened and bashed people at Hemmings Park in Dandenong.
Police said that on one occasion on 18 April, the group threatened a 15-year-old Hastings boy at Hemmings Park at 8.45pm, stealing his mobile phone before fleeing.
Police said a short time later they targeted a Dandenong North man, demanding his property.
The man refused and the group of men punched him to the head. The men are described as of solid build and wearing blue and red bandanas with a white pattern.
One man was described as having a noticeably large head.
