POLICE are appealing for help to find 13-year-old Saige Rakei, known to frequent Dandenong and Box Hill.
The girl was last seen leaving her home on Swann Street, Blackburn, on 22 February and has not been seen since.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to the her youth and health concerns.
Saige is described as 175cm tall with hazel eyes, long brown hair and multiple piercings in both of her ears and under her top lip.
She was last seen wearing a black dress with pink patterning and a white lace floral cardigan.
Police urged anyone who saw Saige to call Box Hill police on 8892 3200.
