NEON-coloured outfits donned by St John’s Regional College Drama Troupe added to the drama at last week’s Annual Theatre Sports in Frankston.
The students, who designed and made their own creative outfits, competed with 10 other schools during several rounds of improvised drama exercises.
Jessica Brinsdon, promotions officer at St John’s Regional College said fun and learning was the focus of the day rather than competition at the event.
“Both the St John’s senior and junior teams displayed great talent in the several rounds they improvised under the supervision of a professional theatre sports actor,” Ms Brinsdon said.
“There were many laughs and good natured fun, and some of the teachers were taken by surprise by some of the talent that was displayed.”
