MBE Dandenong’s David Lindsay has been named ‘2008 Franchisee of the Year.’
The national accolade is the printing company’s highest honour, and takes into account operational excellence, customer service, centre appearance and financial performance.
Accepting the award in Sydney, Mr Lindsay credited his business’s can-do approach for the win.
“I believe the secret of our success has been to try to solve any problem in the printing and distribution sector that our small business customers have brought to us,” he said. “Our approach is usually one of ‘Yes we can!’ and then work out how to do it.”
