POLICE are investigating a suspicious fire that gutted a derelict house in Bruce Street, Dandenong on the weekend.
About 12.20pm on 8 November, the Dandenong Fire Brigade was notified of the house fire by the property owner.
Police said when the crews arrived, the house was completely ablaze.
The value of the damage wasnot known, police said, but fire destroyed the home and it would be demolished.
The cause of the fire is not known.
