DANDENONG-based upper house MP Adem Somyurek received a suspended jail sentence last week at the Dandenong Magistrates’ Court.
The Labor MP received a one-month jail sentence after he was caught driving while disqualified.
He was fined $300 for talking on his mobile phone when driving, it was revealed.
