Ritual ran deep for the planting of an orange tree at Belvedere Aged Care, Noble Park.
As part of the ceremony, residents read an ode, cut a ribbon, planted the tree and watered it in.
The new addition joined the garden’s lemon, olive and lime trees, and marked National Tree Day.
