NOBLE Park Public Trust has re-elected 30-year trust member Olive O’Donoghue for another five years.
Mrs O’Donoghue, a proud ‘nonagenarian’ joined the hall trust 30 years ago to fill a vacancy left by the passing of her husband, A. J. ‘Paddy’ O’Donoghue, who was a trustee for 47 years.
The Paddy O’Donoghue Centre, named in honour of her husband, continues to be the home of many groups and associations, clubs and organisations.
Mrs O’Donoghue is one of six members of the trust who, combined, have 128 years of service to the Noble Park community.
She has been very active in the community, serving as a member of the Noble Park Public Hall Ladies Auxiliary, as well as being involved in many other community groups.
